Method 1: The Export/Import Screen
- Go to Batch.
- Click on Export.
- The Export/Import screen will appear.
- Enter a suitable file name to describe the batch you want to export.
- Click the Process button.
- Upon successful completion, a message will appear confirming the file has been exported.
- Click OK to proceed.
- Navigate back to Batch and click Delete Batch.
- You will receive two prompts asking for confirmation to delete the batch.
- Click Yes on both occasions.
- Go back to Batch and select Import.
- Locate the file you previously exported.
- Click Process.
- Once completed, the batch will be imported and restored to your cashbook.
- Finally, update the batch.
Method 2: Catalog of Reports
- Go to the FW company.
- Open the FRx Desktop.
- Navigate to Catalog of Reports.
- Point to Page Options and click Headers and Footers.
- Create the required footer information.
- Save the catalog and generate the report.
- Open the Drilldown Viewer.
- Go to File > Export > Worksheet File > Formatted Excel.
- Save the report to a suitable location.
- Click Save.
- Remove any double underscores in the row format.
- Uncheck the Export Formulas box.
- Uncheck the Print Headings option in the worksheet.
- Delete all the footers from the catalog.
- Ensure the CAL row is not pointing to a blank row when exporting to Excel.
